Starling class dinghy Log-In to Post/Reply

Who can tell me about the Starling Class dinghy as seen in the pix at this web site: http://qto.com/sailing/index.htm ? The little dinghies with the red star sail insignia rounding the gybe mark are not identified on the site, but after a bit of web searching I've discovered that the boat is a fairly popular New Zealand junior racer called the Starling, and was designed in either 1968 or 1969 by Des Townson. The boats are apparently 3 meters long. Can anyone reveal a class (or other functioning) web site that gives class rules, measurement and building particulars, sail dimensions , etc. for this appealing small boat?

Thanks for the info! Is there a site that gives the sail dimensions?
