Yes, it is still a little early to start my "rah-rah" for KWRW, however; I am very excited about this year's event. SailTrim will be posting daily tips in the event's newspaper each day (one more reason grab the coveted piece of Key West newsprint!) and I've been brainstorming a rather unique idea that could use this community's honest opinions because no one has done this before.

If I planned a 30-40min AM warm up "recovery" session that met up at . . say 7ish each morning of the event, would anyone come? I will be racing as well and feeling the same pain . . .
