This is the third full season of the youth sailing program, offering basic and competitive dinghy sailing instruction to youth ages 7-18. Our goal is to instill a long-term love of sailing in our students.
Responsibilities include:

• Must have excellent sailing skills, experience teaching kids in similar sailing programs, and at least one year of a related supervisory experience

• Organized, with good communication and leadership skills
• Physical demands: lifting and moving small sailboats, engines and other equipment
• Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• The Sailing Program Director will report to the Executive Committee (President, Vice-President)

Expected Work Schedule:
• Summer session is June 17 through August 9, with additional days before and afterwards for program preparations and put-away
