researching womens sailing clothing

Hello everyone. I have been appointed chief researcher for new company Vasco! Very exciting as its a new brand of sailing clothes focussed on womens wear and launches just before olympics here in UK.
What we want to know is the current opinion on whats available to women already and how we can improve it (for example my wife has been complaining for years that her sailing jackets are just horrid, bulky and unflattering! any female input would be greatly appreciated and we will run a competition soon for people happy to give feedback or opinions but just testing water at moment to see if we can get some help with the new designs?
