McMichael Opens Newport Shipyard Office

Mamaroneck, NY – November 22, 2011 - McMichael Yacht Brokers is excited to announce the opening of a new sales office at Newport Shipyard in Newport, R.I., which will offer new and brokerage services to the marine community. Founded in 1935, McMichael has long been a major presence in the Northeast.
Howard McMichael, President, noted that the new office came about based on an expanding customer base. "We've been fortunate to see our business grow over the past years thanks to a combination of great brands and the continued service our team of professional brokers provides to the community. With more listings in Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut, the new office was an obvious solution."
The office opened November 1st and will be staffed by Tim Kohl. Brokers from the Mamaroneck office will also be meeting clients in Newport by appointment.
