Bluboats is currently building a brand new blu30 custom yacht. The day-sailor comes with an eye-catching teak deck, a carbon rig and park avenue boom, an electro-hydraulic trim system and a state-of-the-art electric saildrive. A smart deck layout in combination with a gennaker chute system allow for single handed or small crew sailing. The elegant nine meter yacht will be delivered this may at the Swiss Lake Lucerne.

bluboats was founded in the spring of 2006 by professional sailor Christian "Blumi" Scherrer and yachtdesigner Christian Bolinger. bluboats is a consultant and distribution company bringing fast and elegant sailing yachts to the water via a large network of specialist partners. The goal is to produce a range of semi-custom and one-design sailing yachts all optimized for their specific purposes.
