Allocations for the 07/08 Singlehanded Natl Champs

At the ICSA Annual Meeting at USNA on May 26 it was announced by the
president that an agreement has been reached with Vanguard to provide 18 boats for
each of the ICSA Men's and Women's Singlehanded National Championship regattas.
The numbers for each conference for these regattas is now as follows:
