News Update:

Got into Lake Erie this morning at 06:00 hrs and immediately faced winds from the S.E. at 25mph gustng to 30mph with swells of up to 18 feet. Progess is slow but what are you going to do.
Haven’t had a break from this constant rocking up and down since we got on this lake.

Hope you have a nice stove to keep you warm across the Atlantic. We left in mid-June from Connecticut and despite the "warm waters of the Gulf Stream" needed a kerosene heater stove for about a week to dry out our sweaters, hats, gloves, and socks, and to try to warm ourselves on the way to Cork/Crosshaven.

At long last St. Barbara and her crew have arrived at the Brooklyn.

We will take off May 27th from New York.
