ISAF Agreement Log-In to Post/Reply

Cory E. Friedman, Scuttlebutt's Legal Commentator, has the Agreement between ISAF and SNG. Read Cory's letter to Justice Kornreich which is attached. In that attachment, Cory lays out the status of the matter.

When I try to open the PDF file, I get a "bad encrypt dictionary" error.

It is all well and good to inform the court that you have a copy but you need to publish it so we can see it. I understand as a lawyer you probably feel that you have to keep a higher standard than most when dealing with the courts. However it is not news that you have a copy; lots of people have had a copy for weeks. It is only news if you publish a copy. That’s what a journalist does: They report the news. Are you are journalist or a lawyer? Pick your hat.

PS: Still great work getting a copy!

One step at a time. Cory is doing us all a service. It is news that Cory has a copy. Maybe not the ultimate news, but news. It helps that the public can follow the process - and Cory is allowing us to do that.
