Yesterday, we published a letter on our Forum from Cory Friedman to Justice Kornreich about the ISAF agreement. SNG's lawyer Barry R. Ostrager has since responded to Friedman’s letter with a letter of his own to Justice Kornreich. It only seems fair that me give Ostrager’s argument’s equal space, so we've posted it here as an attachment (below):
