Now that the Golden Gate Yacht Club has withdrawn from all pending litigation with SNG, when will the CIC dispute get settled? This likely will come back to haunt an AC down the road. Although this withdrawal was for the good of the Cup & very sportsman-like, the issue still is without closure. SNG has no scruples nor sportsmanship, so they currently are without legal blame for violating the Cup. The fact that they lost the contest on the water doesn't help the same conflict popping up again in the future.

SNG will never be held to account except in the memories of people like you and me. Even Harold Bennett's report on the prestart carry on appears to be swept under the carpet.

I guess the CIC dispute may raise its head if we end up with another DOG match.
