The AC races are coming to Newport this summer. This is the only US stop on the tour. Dates are June 23 to July 1
If you want to be there I have a house and boat package that will get you front row seats.
The house is about 100 yards from Newport harbor. The boat is an 18 foot Novurania inflatable center console with a 70 hp Yamaha.
The house is a three bedroom ranch style. Nothing fancy but clean and completely functional. Large deck, fully furnished, outdoor grill, flat screen TV. The best part is the location. It is 100 yards to the water and a mile to Fort Adams where the races will be headquartered.
The boat is immaculate. Completely new tubes last summer. Approx 150 hours on the engine. It will go 30 knots. Fabulous for chasing the fleet out of Narragansett Bay. Keep up with the AC cats.....
Get a group of friends together and come to Newport for the week. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a group of sailing friends. Newport will be the place to be this week of the summer.
Asking $10k for the week for the house and the chase boat. Will take offers.
