The right candidate must be comfortable in a demanding position, have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and be a self starter who will not need to be micro-managed in order to perform. Excellent writing skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple simultaneous assignments. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Database work, and CAD is required. Good match for Engineering/Architecturally trained person. Bachelor's degree required.
