Secretary General, Community and Regatta Secretaries
Part time/Flexible

The International Topper Class Association (World) (ITCA) team is growing. Can you help?

ITCA seeks part-time, freelance Secretaries to join the team and promote the class.

If you love sailing and working with young people from around the world, this is for you.

Building on our existing team, we need to fill three freelance, part-time secretariat roles, and expand on our success and the relationships that we have established.

1 Secretary General. To be the administrative hub of the class.

2 Community Secretary. To build, grow and manage ITCA’s communities.

3 Regatta Secretary. To plan, run and deliver international events on and off the water.
These three roles are developmental, so you will need to be proactive to develop the full extent of your role/s, supporting ITCA as it expands.

Building on existing structures this could mean three separate people undertaking the roles, or two people undertaking one and/or two of the roles. Some international travel may be required.

The roles are flexible and can be done from home. The hourly rate is £12. The Secretary General is required for 71.5 days per year, the Regatta Secretary 64 days and Community Secretary 48 days (this particular role could expand significantly with extra work for the manufacturer Topper International Limited, but this may need to be undertaken at their offices in the SE).

For detailed job specifications please email Bill Brassington commodore@itcaworld.org
