San Francisco Yacht Club Head Coach

The San Francisco Yacht Club is seeking a Head Coach and Youth Director to work in conjunction with each other. The club is located in Belvedere and runs extensive year-round youth sailing programs. The summer sailing program attracts over 300 sailors and there are nearly 50 opti sailors on our race team. 420, laser, Fj and 29er teams are growing. Multiple high schools also practice out of SFYC. We are restructuring our youth program management this fall with the addition of a Director of Sailing to oversee all aspects of sailing and racing at the Club. The new Head Coach will be in charge of all aspects of coaching at SFYC, except Optis, and will work in conjunction with the Youth Director and Director of Sailing. Adult team and match racing coaching will also be required.
