Noroton Yacht Club in Darien, CT is looking for a Head Opti Race Coach for our dynamic 2012 Junior Sailing Program. Responsibilities will include, structuring and coaching daily Opti practices, teaching comprehensive Opti Team Racing strategies, and coaching at local and out of area regattas. Applicants should posses advanced Opti racing experience (e.g., Nationals, Worlds, etc.), prior instructor experience, and regatta management skills. Applicants must have the minimum of Level 1 US Sailing Certification, CPR and First Aid Certification. Current participation in Collegiate or High School Sailing and knowledge of the JSA is a plus! Thanksgiving interviews are being scheduled now.
